About the Role
As a Lead Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our store, greeting customers, running the register, and making purchase suggestions. This role goes beyond standard cashier duties; you will gain entry-level management experience by leading shifts on a regular basis. You will interact with many customers daily while working with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily goals.
There is never a dull moment in this position. You will work around the store, both inside and out, in many different areas to ensure our high standards are met. Whether you are solving problems with creative ideas, thinking quickly to offer suggestions, or supervising a team of employees, you will be part of a dynamic environment where you can advance your career.
