As a Lead Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our store, greeting customers and managing the register while making purchase suggestions. This role is designed for those who thrive in a fast-paced setting and are eager to gain entry-level management experience by leading shifts on a regular basis.
You will work across various areas of the store, both inside and out, to maintain high standards for store appearance. There is never a dull moment as you interact with many customers daily, collaborating with a fun team to accomplish daily goals. You will also be responsible for providing regular and predictable onsite attendance.
