As a Lead Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our store, greeting customers and ensuring a high standard of service. Beyond daily operations, this position offers a unique opportunity to gain entry-level management experience. You will regularly lead shifts, supervise a team of employees, and collaborate on solving problems to keep the store running smoothly. From maintaining high standards for store appearance inside and out to working with a dynamic team, there is never a dull moment. You will interact with many customers daily while contributing to the accomplishment of daily goals.
