As a Lead Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our store. You will greet customers, run the register, make purchase suggestions, and occasionally work with our food program. There is never a dull moment; you will work around the store, both inside and out, to maintain high standards for store appearance and provide fast, friendly service. Your day will involve interacting with many customers daily, solving problems with quick thinking, and collaborating with your team to accomplish daily goals.
