As a Lead Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our store, greeting customers, managing the register, and making purchase suggestions. You will also gain valuable entry-level management experience by leading shifts on a regular basis. There is never a dull moment; you will work both inside and outside the store, ensuring high standards for store appearance and delivering fast, friendly service. You will interact with many customers daily while collaborating with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily goals.
