About the Role
Join our team as a Lead Customer Service Representative at our Middleburg, Florida location. We are looking for individuals with a desire to be challenged in a fast-paced, fun environment while growing their career. As a Lead, you will enjoy a unique blend of customer-facing duties and entry-level management experience. You will greet customers, operate the register, make purchase suggestions, and assist with our food program. There is never a dull moment as you will work throughout the store, both inside and out, to maintain high standards for appearance and provide fast, friendly service.
In this role, you will lead shifts on a regular basis, interacting with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks. You will be expected to provide regular and predictable onsite attendance while working with motivated people to solve problems and think quickly. This position offers a great opportunity to gain valuable leadership skills in a large, stable employer setting.
