About the Role

You will be a key partner in driving customer success by bridging the gap between technical innovation and practical application. In this role, you will not only recommend products and demonstrate new solutions but also consult customers on generating value for their specific use cases. Your day will involve technical visits, including meetings, audits, and troubleshooting, while leveraging CRM and LIM systems to document interactions.

You will work closely with application equipment to enhance customer adhesive processes and support laboratory work by reporting technical results. A significant part of your impact will come from optimizing customer experiences through both automated and remote interactions, identifying opportunities to create value in digital settings. You will also serve as a technical coach, providing training to field sales forces and customers, while fostering internal collaboration with sales, marketing, product development, and innovation teams to share best learnings across accounts.
