About the Role
The Lead Account Management Associate is a senior-level position designed to support and elevate the Account Management team. You will act as a key liaison between Account Executives, internal managers, and subject matter experts to ensure the smooth, ongoing operation of accounts. This role is specifically tailored for professionals with experience in TPA (Third Party Administrators) and self-funded clients within the health insurance space.
In this capacity, you will consult with other Account Management Associates on research and the resolution of tactical account issues. Beyond technical support, you will provide coaching, feedback, and recognition to foster team improvement. You will work cross-functionally with management and staff from various internal functions and corporate operational support units to drive success.
Work Environment
This is a remote-based role. While the position requires the ability to work effectively as a team member, it may involve irregular work hours, including holidays and weekends, to meet business needs.

Requirements
