About the Role
The Lead Account Management Associate is a senior-level position designed to support and elevate the Account Executive team. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between Account Management Associates, Account Executives, and internal subject matter experts to ensure the smooth, ongoing operation of accounts.
You will focus on consulting with associates regarding the research and resolution of tactical account issues, while also providing coaching, feedback, and recognition to drive team improvement. This position requires a deep understanding of the health insurance space, specifically experience with Third-Party Administrators (TPA) and self-funded clients. You will work cross-functionally with management and operational support teams to navigate complex processes and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements
