Key Responsibilities
- check_circleDocument site conditions, measure properties, and draw accurate landscape plans
- check_circleResearch plants, outdoor living features, guidelines, and building codes
- check_circlePrepare client presentation materials such as proposals, drawings, and presentations
- check_circleConduct post-installation tasks including landscape walkthroughs and visual inspections
- check_circleAssist designers with site visits and client meetings as needed
- check_circleSupport installation processes by acquiring materials and managing project layout
- check_circlePerform site analyses including assessments of plants, soil, drainage, and lighting
Requirements
- verifiedCertificate or degree in landscape design or landscape architecture
- verifiedKnowledge of Iowa horticulture
- verifiedValid driver's license
- verifiedAbility to read, write and speak English
Nice to Have
Experience in gardening, landscape design, construction, or related field. Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, AutoCAD, Dynascape, UVision, or similar design programs. Knowledge in landscape construction methods and materials. Ability to create and read blueprints.
