Walmart is the U.S.'s largest private employer, operating with a vision of "everyone included." We aim to create a culture where every associate feels valued for who they are and is rooted in respect for the individual. Our workforce reflects the makeup of all of America and the 18 other countries where we operate. By fostering a workplace where everyone feels like they belong, we strengthen our business and improve our ability to serve customers and communities.
We are expanding our workforce to recruit dedicated Landscape Crew Leaders for our local retail stores. In this fast-paced and welcoming environment, you will lead a team of exterior service technicians, partnering to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction. Your expertise in commercial landscape management and exterior building/grounds maintenance will be instrumental in maintaining our exterior spaces, fostering a safe and clean environment for our valued customers.
This role is more than just maintenance; it is about upholding company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics, integrity, and safety. You will facilitate on-the-job training on processes, equipment usage, and asset safety practices to ensure an injury-free working environment. As a leader, you will utilize technology for work order management and record-keeping while remaining hands-on with landscaping tasks such as cutting grass, weed management, and pest/disease management.

Everyone in our workforce has the same access to opportunities for growth, development, and advancement.
