We are seeking a dedicated Landscaping Crew Leader to join our team. In this role, you will lead a team of exterior service technicians, working in partnership to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction. Your expertise in commercial landscape management and exterior building/grounds maintenance will be instrumental in maintaining our exterior spaces, fostering a safe and clean environment for our valued customers.
You will be part of a team that values innovation, teamwork, and excellence. Your day-to-day will involve facilitating on-the-job training on processes and equipment usage, ensuring an injury-free working environment, and utilizing technology for work order management. You will also perform landscaping tasks such as cutting grass, weed management, and pest/disease management, while troubleshooting and prioritizing work with a strong customer service orientation.
