About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Landscape Crew Leader to join our team and lead a group of exterior service technicians. In this fast-paced and welcoming environment, you will partner with the store team to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction. Your expertise in commercial landscape management and exterior building maintenance will be instrumental in keeping our grounds safe, clean, and inviting.

This role is more than just maintenance; it is about fostering a safe environment for our valued customers while upholding company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics. You will facilitate on-the-job training on processes and equipment usage, ensuring an injury-free working environment for your team. Whether performing landscaping tasks like cutting grass and weed management or managing complex irrigation and pressure washing systems, your dedication will make a real impact on the community.
