About the Role

We are expanding our workforce across local retail stores and actively recruiting Landscape Crew Leaders. In this role, you will lead a team of exterior service technicians, partnering to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction. Your expertise in commercial landscape management and exterior building/grounds maintenance will be instrumental in maintaining our exterior spaces, fostering a safe and clean environment for our valued customers.

As a Landscape Crew Leader, you will facilitate on-the-job training on processes, equipment usage, and asset safety practices to ensure an injury-free working environment. You will utilize technology for work order management and record-keeping while performing landscaping tasks such as cutting grass, weed management, and pest/disease management. Your strong customer service orientation will be key to troubleshooting and prioritizing work while upholding company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and safety.
