The facility features 10 spacious, private LDRP rooms and maintains a strong commitment to keeping mothers and newborns together, creating a unique and fulfilling work environment for the Labor & Delivery team.
About the Role
As a Labor & Delivery RN, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive care to laboring mothers and their newborns. You will thrive in a supportive environment where teamwork and patient-centered care are at the forefront. This position involves working in a 1:1 laboring ratio, utilizing strong IV skills and C-section experience to support the team, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary group including lactation counselors and maternity educators. You may also float to the NICU for feeders and growers as needed, utilizing the MediTech EMR system for documentation.

Requirements
