Volta Group is currently seeking two experienced Land Managers to support ongoing infrastructure and energy projects.
This position is designed for seasoned professionals who are comfortable managing both field teams and project-level coordination. The role serves as a critical bridge between operational execution and strategic stakeholder management, requiring strong leadership to maintain robust relationships with landowners, clients, and project partners.
Candidates will lead a team of up to 10 land agents and support personnel, overseeing day-to-day land acquisition operations including landowner negotiations and easement acquisition. The role demands a high level of organizational skill to manage project budgets, ensure adherence to project schedules, and maintain compliance with applicable land acquisition standards.
