About the Role

The Land Development Manager serves as the strategic leader for the Division's land development program. This role is designed to bridge the gap between entitlement and community turnover, ensuring the successful and timely delivery of new projects. You will direct a wide array of activities including roadway construction, water and sewer installation, earthwork, landscape, irrigation, vertical construction, and public utility coordination.

In this position, you will work closely with Area Construction Managers and the Director of Construction to deliver completed, ready-to-build home sites. Your day-to-day involves overseeing projects from permit approvals through construction, recording plats, final certification, and community turnover. You will manage all aspects of field operations, including erosion control, grading, utilities, paving, landscaping, and amenities, while maintaining strong working relationships with jurisdictional entities to protect land use and development rights. Additionally, you will play a key role in HOA management, budget analysis, and bond maintenance.
