We are dedicated to making an impact by building quality homes, providing exceptional customer service, and giving back to the communities in which we work and live. Our mission is to create an extraordinary experience for our Homeowners, Communities, and Associates by fostering a culture of opportunity and growth throughout their careers.
The Land Development Manager is a career built on purpose, designed to empower you to build your future while helping others build their dreams. In this role, you will direct the Division's land development program, managing the journey from entitlement through final community turnover. You will work closely with Area Construction Managers and the Director of Construction to deliver completed, ready-to-build home sites, ensuring zero-defect homes are delivered on schedule and within budget.
Your day-to-day involves overseeing all aspects of field operations, including roadway construction, water and sewer installation, earthwork, landscaping, and utility coordination. You will serve as the primary liaison with jurisdictional entities to maintain land use and development rights, manage environmental compliance (SWPPP), and handle HOA management, including budget analysis and common area improvements. This role requires a blend of strategic planning and hands-on site presence to ensure projects meet rigorous standards for quality, cost, and timeline.
