About the Company

Lennar is one of the nation's leading homebuilders and a Fortune 500® company, consistently ranked among the top homebuilders in the United States. We are dedicated to making an impact by building quality homes, providing exceptional customer service, and giving back to the communities in which we work and live. Our mission is to create an extraordinary experience for our Homeowners, Communities, and Associates by fostering a culture of opportunity and growth throughout their careers.

About the Role

This position offers a career with purpose, built on making dreams come true through the delivery of zero-defect homes, rigorous cost management, and strict adherence to schedules. As the Land Development Manager, you will direct the Division's land development program, overseeing the journey from entitlement through final community turnover. You will partner with Area Construction Managers and the Director of Construction to deliver completed, ready-to-build home sites, ensuring the successful and timely delivery of new projects.

Your day-to-day involves managing complex field operations including roadway construction, water and sewer installation, earthwork, landscaping, and public utility coordination. You will serve as the primary liaison with jurisdictional entities to maintain land use and development rights while overseeing environmental compliance, budget reconciliation, and HOA management. This role requires a hands-on presence at job sites and construction trailers, bridging the gap between engineering plans and physical execution.

Life at Lennar

At Lennar, we are committed to fostering a supportive and enriching environment for our Associates. We offer a comprehensive array of benefits designed to enhance well-being and professional growth, including robust health insurance (Medical, Dental, and Vision), a 401(k) Retirement Plan with a $1 for $1 Company Match, and Paid Parental Leave. We also provide an Education Assistance Program, up to $30,000 in Adoption Assistance, and significant Home Purchase Discounts. Associates enjoy up to three weeks of vacation annually, along with generous Holiday, Sick Leave, and Personal Day policies.

Equal Opportunity

Lennar is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local fair employment practices laws. We believe in investing in our Associates, empowering them to thrive both personally and professionally.
