About the Role

This position offers a career with purpose, built on making dreams come true through the construction of zero-defect homes, rigorous cost management, and strict adherence to schedules. This role requires a blend of strategic planning and on-the-ground presence, as regular in-person attendance at company communities, job sites, and offices is essential. You will often work within the dynamic environment of a construction trailer, operating vehicles, and engaging with diverse stakeholders to keep the 5-year plan current and drive the division's acquisition pipeline forward.
