This position offers a career with purpose, built on making dreams come true through the construction of zero-defect homes, rigorous cost management, and strict adherence to schedules. Your day-to-day involves navigating the complexities of the real estate landscape, from identifying potential targets through tax maps and networking to facilitating due diligence and managing the rezoning process. You will collaborate with government officials, engineers, and homeowners to ensure smooth project progression, while maintaining critical inventory reports and contract files. This role requires a blend of strategic planning and on-the-ground presence, as regular in-person attendance at company communities, job sites, and offices is essential. You will often work within the dynamic environment of a construction trailer, operating vehicles, and engaging with diverse stakeholders to keep the 5-year plan current and drive the division's acquisition pipeline forward.
