About the Role

Reporting to the Vice President of Acquisitions, the Land Acquisition Manager supports and partners with leadership to oversee the full land entitlement process, from site identification through approvals and preparation for construction. This role involves negotiating and acquiring land, collaborating with legal on letters of intent and purchase agreements, and managing all aspects of due diligence.

In this position, you will act as a Redwood brand ambassador, promoting our values and ensuring the best resident experience possible. You will support the Vice President of Acquisitions and eventually lead site design, entitlement and permitting efforts, engineering coordination, easement acquisition, and project budgeting. The role requires navigating the full lifecycle of residential or multi-family development projects, ensuring strategic alignment with demographic and neighborhood criteria while managing complex municipal approvals and community engagement.
