Reporting to the Vice President of Acquisitions, the Land Acquisition Manager supports and partners with leadership to oversee the full land entitlement process, from initial site identification through approvals and preparation for construction. This role involves negotiating and acquiring land, collaborating with legal teams on letters of intent and purchase agreements, and managing all aspects of due diligence.
In this position, you will act as a Redwood brand ambassador, promoting our values and ensuring the best resident experience possible. While you will initially support the Vice President, the role is designed for you to eventually lead site design, entitlement and permitting efforts, engineering coordination, easement acquisition, and project budgeting. You will be expected to conduct all organizational business in accordance with Redwood company policies.
