The Land Acquisition Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the company's future by identifying and securing land, lots, and development opportunities that align with strategic goals and current market trends. This position is designed for a detail-oriented problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic environment, balancing complex negotiations with rigorous due diligence. You will serve as a key liaison between the division, the VP of Land, and external stakeholders, ensuring that potential deals are evaluated thoroughly and integrated into the company's long-term planning. From navigating the rezoning process with government officials to maintaining critical inventory reports, your work directly contributes to the expansion of our communities and the realization of our vision.
