As a Laminator Operator, you will become part of one of the most exciting teams in the packaging industry. This role is designed for individuals seeking job satisfaction and professional growth with a company that values its workforce. You will be responsible for the setup and operation of laminating machines, ensuring safety checks are performed, and verifying that proper materials are in place. Your day-to-day involves reading and interpreting job tickets, inputting correct settings, monitoring equipment performance, and troubleshooting any problems that arise to maintain high-quality output at optimum speeds.
This position is based in our climate-controlled facility, though the plant floor is subject to vibration and equipment noise, creating a loud environment. You will be frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts, outside conditions, tight spaces, cleaning solvents, and heights. The role requires significant physical activity, including continuous standing, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting objects up to 50 lbs. You must be able to work safely at all times while maintaining high housekeeping standards.
