About the Role

This position supports our operations in an outdoor environment, requiring constant exposure to variable weather conditions, temperatures, chemicals, dust, fumes, smells, and loud noises. The role is essential for maintaining site safety and efficiency, serving as a bridge between drivers, equipment operators, and management.

You will be the eyes and ears on the ground, performing general construction activities such as shoveling, lifting, and pulling. A significant portion of your day involves managing traffic flow by guiding vehicles and equipment to appropriate areas and placing signs and cones for direction. You will also be responsible for site and vehicle clean-up, fueling equipment, and securing wind fences and landfill coverings. Effective communication via handheld radios and CBs is critical for coordinating with drivers and management. Additionally, you may be tasked with driving employees to their work stations as needed.

Schedule

This role operates on a Sunday-Monday shift from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM.
