About the Role

This position serves as a vital support role within our operations, ensuring the smooth and safe functioning of our sites. You will be the eyes and hands on the ground, managing traffic flow, maintaining site cleanliness, and supporting our workforce. The role requires active engagement with drivers, equipment, and management to keep operations running efficiently.

Your day will involve a mix of physical labor and coordination. You will guide vehicles and equipment to appropriate areas, set up wind fences and landfill coverings, and perform general construction activities like shoveling and lifting. Communication is key; you will coordinate with drivers and staff via handheld radios and CBs. Additionally, you will assist with site and vehicle clean-up, fueling operations, and transporting employees to their workstations as needed.
