This position is designed for individuals ready to start or advance their career in laboratory operations. You will be an integral part of the diagnostic process, responsible for preparing laboratory specimens and supplies in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines. Your work ensures the accuracy, quality, and integrity of the data that drives patient care decisions.
In this role, you will assist in performing laboratory activities, collecting and processing biological specimens, and potentially entering laboratory orders and results. Beyond technical tasks, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment and may assist in the onboarding and training of new team members. This is a full-time opportunity with a unique schedule of 7 days on followed by 7 days off, working 10-hour night shifts from 10:00 PM to 8:30 AM. Eligible employees receive straight night premium pay.
