Join our team as a Lab Support Technician in our outreach operations department and work alongside the best and brightest clinical teams. In this full-time, second-shift position, you will be the first point of contact for patients and providers, ensuring the seamless flow of laboratory services. Your day will involve collecting specimens, performing pre- and post-analytic processing, and managing the clerical duties essential to accurate patient care. You will collaborate with technical staff to resolve issues, maintain sample integrity, and facilitate the billing process, all while demonstrating excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
