About the Role
We are seeking a highly independent Level 2 Systems & Network Technician to lead client deployments and infrastructure projects across the United States. This is a travel-focused position designed for a well-rounded professional who thrives in project-based MSP environments. The role blends hands-on implementation with autonomous problem-solving, requiring you to be comfortable working in diverse environments with minimal supervision.
Success in this role means executing clean, well-documented infrastructure projects while maintaining strong communication and professionalism while traveling. You will be the face of our technical capabilities on-site, ensuring seamless integration of new technologies and resolving complex issues efficiently in the field.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleAssess site readiness and develop integration plans for client deployments
- check_circleSet up new office environments and infrastructure including low-voltage cabling
- check_circleMount TVs and assist with conference room technology deployments
- check_circleCollaborate with Project Managers on scopes of work and coordinate with internal teams
- check_circleDevelop documentation, best practices, and support procedures
- check_circleTrain staff on newly implemented technologies
- check_circleInstall and configure servers, virtual machines, firewalls, switches, and wireless access points
- check_circleSupport legacy software migrations, server migrations, and PC refreshes
Requirements
- verifiedMSP experience required
