About the Role
The KYC Review Analyst (Ops) is a critical guardian of our compliance framework, conducting Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) background investigations for commercial loan borrowers. This role ensures adherence to credit policy and strict compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and USA Patriot Act.
You will be responsible for the quality assurance and integrity of the "Know Your Client" (KYC) program across new and existing client relationships. Your day-to-day involves performing timely investigations using internal bank systems and external research tools to resolve potential negative news alerts. You will review and verify KYC completion for new accounts, assess Anticipated Activity questions for business and individual clients, and provide well-reasoned recommendations prior to onboarding prospects. This position requires close collaboration with line colleagues to gather missing information and escalate true matches, ensuring the bank maintains the highest standards of risk management and operational excellence.
