The CIB US Cash Payments Operator plays a vital role in supporting and executing tasks related to payments, ensuring the day-to-day operations of the company's business units run smoothly. This position aims to deliver superior service to clients by optimizing the effectiveness and efficiency of people, processes, and technology. By enhancing financial performance, increasing investment capacity, and managing risk, the role builds sustainable, repeatable capabilities that support the highest standards of service and execution.
In this role, you will analyze data tools and business processes to execute service delivery, ensuring operations meet company objectives and service agreements. You will monitor the external landscape to identify developments and translate them into operational implications, while rigorously monitoring payment transactions to ensure processing aligns with SLAs, Bank Policy, and Procedures. The position requires investigating and resolving payment-related issues, performing end-of-day reconciliations, and ensuring payment systems function properly. You will also actively participate in projects impacting payments, conduct testing for new payment features and system upgrades, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards including BSA/AML and OFAC.
