About the Role
The Treasury Analyst serves as a critical partner in maintaining the financial health and operational stability of our organization. This role is designed to support daily treasury operations, cash management, and banking administration while ensuring accurate cash reporting and effective management of banking activities across the company. You will work cross-functionally with internal departments and banking partners to uphold strong treasury controls and facilitate timely transaction processing. In this fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve processes, ensuring audit readiness, and proactively managing operational risks to support the broader finance and operational initiatives of Sonida.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleManage day-to-day treasury operations across multiple bank accounts and treasury systems
- check_circleProcess wire transfers, ACH transactions, and other treasury-related banking activities
- check_circlePerform daily review and processing of ACH and Check Positive Pay exceptions
- check_circlePrepare and distribute cash activity reports, reconciliations, and supporting documentation
- check_circleComplete bank account setup documentation, maintenance requests, and signer updates
- check_circleCollaborate with Accounting, AP, AR, Operations, and IT to support treasury operations
- check_circleMaintain organized banking records, treasury documentation, and standard operating procedures
- check_circleSupport internal and external audit requests by providing accurate treasury documentation
- check_circleAssist with treasury controls, SOX documentation, and compliance-related activities
- check_circleIdentify and recommend opportunities to improve treasury processes and operational efficiency
- check_circleParticipate in special projects, system implementations, and process improvement initiatives
- check_circleMaintain the Company's 13-week cash flow forecast by coordinating updates with internal departments
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
- verifiedTreasury, banking, accounting, or cash management experience preferred
- verifiedStrong understanding of treasury operations and cash management activities
- verifiedHands-on experience with online banking platforms and treasury management systems
- verifiedWorking knowledge of wire transfers, ACH processing, bank transfers, BAI reporting, and Positive Pay systems
- verifiedExperience supporting cash forecasting and liquidity reporting preferred
- verifiedAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field. Treasury, banking, accounting, or cash management experience. Experience supporting cash forecasting and liquidity reporting.
