About the Role
We are seeking a Knowledge Manager (Web Services) to drive the design, development, and maintenance of critical web applications and user interfaces. This position sits at the intersection of UI/UX design, web development, and SharePoint applications, ensuring our web services meet rigorous operational needs while delivering intuitive user experiences for intelligence workflows.
In this role, you will translate complex user requirements into innovative web solutions that support critical intelligence processes. You will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency and seamlessly integrating visual and functional elements across our platforms. The ideal candidate will not only build robust applications but also mentor junior web designers and developers, fostering best practices in web design, UI/UX, and development workflows.
Work Environment & Deployment
This is a full-time hourly position based at MacDill AFB in Tampa, FL. The role requires active support for both CONUS and OCONUS operations. Candidates must be willing and able to deploy to operational locations as required to provide essential web and UI/UX support to field teams.
Security & Citizenship
To succeed in this mission-critical role, candidates must be U.S. citizens holding an active TS/SCI clearance with a favorable CI polygraph. Familiarity with DoD cybersecurity best practices and the ability to navigate security requirements within an intelligence environment are essential.
