About the Role
As the Manager for Corporate Technology & Operations, you will serve as the primary point of contact for the business's technological needs and lead the day-to-day operations of our IT department. This role is critical for driving efficiency in IT service fulfillment and ensuring robust incident response and resolution.
You will manage the IT Service Desk and IT Operations team, overseeing routine maintenance, emergency response, and root cause analysis. Your day will involve facilitating the successful management of corporate technology across core business departments—including Marketing, Accounting, HR, Sales, Support, and Engineering—while mentoring staff and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will work closely with Infrastructure and Security teams to implement operational efficiencies and technology modernization initiatives, ensuring our tools and skills evolve alongside emerging IT challenges.
