Day in the Life
As a Resident Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer, you will be based in Phoenix, AZ, with the primary responsibility of traveling locally to 15+ sites within the metro area. Your work involves hands-on support for critical infrastructure, including racking, cabling, power, and cooling in data center environments. You will manage network operations using Cisco and Palo Alto firewalls, oversee VMware environments, and ensure system lifecycle support through patch management and ITIL processes. Success in this role demands a clean safety record and the ability to thrive in a facility where operational safety and reliability are paramount.
Hiring Process
