We are seeking an experienced Kitchen/BOH Manager to lead the overall operations of our back-of-house and kitchen. In this role, you will oversee the entire workflow from raw material purchasing and stock management to training staff and maintaining rigorous kitchen safety practices. You will be a vital part of a team dedicated to creating a positive environment and delivering exceptional service.
About the Role
As a Kitchen Manager, you will serve as a great teacher and leader, helping to cultivate a supportive team culture. This position is generally offered as either a part-time or full-time opportunity, requiring flexibility to work various shifts throughout the week, including weekdays and weekends. Whether you are new to the brand or bringing experience from other quick-service restaurants, your ability to guide the team and manage daily operations will be key to our success.
