As a Kitchen Manager at Parker's Kitchen, you will be the driving force behind our day-to-day operations. Your leadership is essential to maintaining the high standards of food safety, sanitation, and customer service that define our brand. In this role, you will oversee efficient operating systems, foster employee development, and ensure a positive experience for both our guests and our team.
You will act as the Person in Charge, enforcing safety and health policies while managing inventory and labor costs to align with our budget. From preparing made-to-order food to communicating promotions to your staff, your ability to multitask and lead with integrity will be key to the department's success.
Candidates must be at least 16 years of age and possess reliable transportation. Upon hiring, you will be required to complete a Food Safety Certification within the first month of employment and a skills-based certification within the first 120 days.
