About the Role
As a Culinary Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient kitchen operation. You will lead and motivate a team of culinary professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance. This position requires a passion for culinary excellence and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Newly selected managers will receive 8 weeks of rotational training on-site to prepare for this leadership role.
