About the Role
Texas Roadhouse is looking for a legendary Kitchen Manager to oversee all Back of House operations. This role is responsible for purchasing, receiving, preparing, and presenting all food products in a timely manner, according to established recipes and procedures. If you have a passion for made-from-scratch food, this is your opportunity to lead a team dedicated to quality and efficiency.

- check_circleConduct formal line Taste and Temp checks for inventory and kitchen safety
- check_circleOversee proper handling, maintenance, and storage of all kitchen items
- check_circleManage food costs, track waste, and control kitchen labor costs
- check_circleTrain Back of House employees on equipment maintenance and cleaning procedures
- check_circleDirect Back of House work by setting hours, weekly schedules, and assigning tasks
- check_circleSupervise and oversee food production and preparation according to established recipes
- check_circleReview applications, interview, and hire or recommend hiring Back of House employees
- check_circleCreate a safe, fun, and clean work environment consistent with core values
- check_circleEnforce compliance with employment policies and ensure guest safety and cleanliness
- check_circleAssist in developing key employees by providing daily feedback during one-on-ones
