We are seeking a dynamic Ramp Lead to join our growing New York team. In this role, you will serve as a vital link in our global gourmet entertainment operations, ensuring the seamless flow of catering services at the airport. You will oversee the loading and unloading of catering food, guide trucks to and from gates, and perform critical galley audits. Your day will involve monitoring terminal zones, supporting flights at risk, and ensuring drivers comply with all operational requirements. You will be the first line of defense for operational efficiency, tracking catering carts, addressing delay risk alerts, and ensuring compliance with PAD catering programs. Above all, you will maintain a safe workplace and communicate vital information to relevant departments to protect our performance standards.
