Your day-to-day involves executing our unique brand of fun, driving positive sales growth, and maintaining a safe, secure environment by enforcing food-safety and sanitation standards. You will also focus on staff development through recruiting, training, scheduling, and coaching, while controlling costs by monitoring food and labor efficiencies.
