About the Role
As a SONIC Drive-In Assistant Manager, you will partner with the General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations. Your mission is to ensure the delivery of quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient environment, creating a "SuperSONIC" experience that turns every guest into a repeat customer.
You will be the driving force behind the team, responsible for hiring, training, and developing "Great People." By sharing the "why" behind tasks and setting clear expectations, you will foster an upbeat, positive atmosphere where work is fun and performance is continuously coached. Your focus will be on managing key operational pillars: food and paper inventory, labor, and guest service, while strictly enforcing safety and sanitation standards.
