In this role, you will lead the kitchen in delivering high-quality food and presentation while ensuring strict adherence to Tokyo Joe's standards and procedures. Your day will involve managing food prep lists, executing government food safety requirements, and maintaining a clean, efficient kitchen environment. Beyond operational excellence, you will be responsible for COGS management, including ordering, receiving, and inventory control, as well as crisis management to react quickly to changing needs.
You will also drive team growth through orientation, new hire training, and ongoing development. By fostering professional communication, coaching, and effective delegation, you will create a collaborative atmosphere where your team can thrive.
