The Food Service Worker plays a vital role in supporting the manager to ensure high standards of quality in food production, sanitation, and kitchen safety. This position is essential for maintaining the daily rhythm of our operations, from preparing quality food and baked goods according to planned menus to managing cash receipts and meal records. You will be the face of our service, serving food according to schedules and ensuring customer happiness through attention to detail and eye appeal.
Your day involves coordinating with the manager to understand daily menus, supervising food temperature requirements, and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. From scrubbing counters and sanitizing equipment to managing garbage collection sites, your efforts create a balanced environment for both our guests and team members. This role requires the ability to work quickly and concisely under pressure, ensuring that every meal is prepared and served with care.
