As a Kitchen Manager, you will be a passionate, mature leader responsible for inspiring your team to provide Gold Standard Food. You will create daily routines that produce predictable, well-coordinated kitchen operations, ensuring quality food is served while managing inventory and adhering to strict food safety standards. Your focus will be on maintaining an immaculate workspace, optimizing staffing levels to handle busy periods, and keeping equipment serviceable and clean. You will foster a great work environment by motivating your team, ensuring proper training, and maintaining professional appearances.
