In this position, you will be the face of our hospitality, maintaining warm and welcoming guest relations across all points of contact. You will greet guests with enthusiasm, respond to their individual needs as they arise, and ensure every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression.
Your day will involve preparing menu items to order, executing prep lists for your station, and meticulously checking the quality and presentation of dishes before they reach the guest. You will be responsible for resolving guest requests, complaints, or questions in a courteous and timely manner, ensuring guest safety and well-being are always prioritized.
Beyond guest service, you will work collaboratively as a team player, communicating effectively with associates and vendors. You will maintain high standards of professionalism in your conduct and appearance, set the tone for your peers, and actively participate in your own growth and development. The role requires adaptability to high-pressure conditions and the physical capability to perform various tasks, including lifting and moving materials, while adhering to all Ko'a Kea Hotel & Resort policies and procedures.
