As a Turndown Attendant at our Ko'a Kea Hotel & Resort, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms. This is a highly visible, fast-paced position that serves as a bridge between our operational standards and the guest experience. You will be responsible for the daily care of assigned rooms and suites, ensuring that every detail meets our consistent quality standards.
Beyond the physical tasks of cleaning and maintenance, this role offers the opportunity to connect with our guests. You will engage in short, casual conversations, providing hotel recommendations and local insights to enhance their stay.
