About the Role

This position is designed to create a nurturing, structured, and engaging classroom environment that supports the academic, spiritual, and social development of young learners. As a Kindergarten Teacher, you will integrate Catholic values and teachings into daily instruction while fostering a lifelong love of learning. Your primary goal is to assist students in mastering the skills and information in the school curriculum while helping them grow in faith and responsibility.

You will be responsible for planning and delivering developmentally appropriate lessons for Preschool through 3rd Grade, incorporating Catholic teachings into all subject areas, and fostering a positive, faith-centered classroom environment. Success in this role requires collaborating with faculty and staff to support the school's mission, assessing student progress, and maintaining open communication with parents and guardians.

Application Requirements

Candidates must hold appropriate state certification or license as required by the grade levels and subjects taught, as well as Religious Education certification as required by the diocese. Completion of the Virtus Protecting God's Children training is required. While a practicing Catholic is preferred, a willingness to support the Catholic school mission is essential for all applicants.
