The Kindergarten Educational Assistant at Jefferson Elementary School serves as an essential partner to the classroom teacher during the 2026-2027 school year. This position is designed to support the daily flow of a kindergarten classroom, ensuring a safe, structured, and nurturing environment where young learners can thrive. The role focuses on bridging the gap between instruction and individual student needs, allowing the teacher to lead while the assistant reinforces learning concepts and maintains classroom order.
In this capacity, you will work closely with the assigned professional to deliver course objectives aligned with state and district curriculum guidelines.
