As a Children's Specialist, you will be the heart of our Kids Club, performing functions consistent with the goals of the Recreation Supervisor. This role exists to maintain daily operations while assisting in the organization and execution of fun, educational activities for children and families. You will interact with children ranging from 6 months to 12 years of age, including those with varying physical abilities, ensuring a safe, age-friendly, and interactive routine.
Your day will involve opening and closing the child services area, managing check-ins and liability waivers, and setting up or breaking down activity spaces. You will collaborate with the Recreation Supervisor to plan events and ensure all necessary materials are available. Beyond the Kids Club, you may be called upon to support special member events, classes, and activities across the property. You will serve as a brand ambassador, greeting guests with a positive "can-do" attitude and delivering our "I Am Proud" service standards.
